Pre-Order Items
Pre-Order estimated shipping dates are listed in the description of each item. Keep in mind: if you purchase a pre-order item AND a in-stock item, you will receive all your items when the pre-order comes in-stock. All Pre-Orders take an average of 6-10 weeks for processing.
If you purchased a pre-order item, you will receive at least 3 email updates:
1. When your item has arrived at our processing facility and is being processed
2. When your order has been shipped out.

Processing/Shipping
Once you place an order, you may NOT cancel it for any reason, please make sure you select everything you need in one order. We will not refund shipping fees for duplicate orders. It's not guaranteed if you have 2 separate orders to have them shipped in the same package.
All regular orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 days, unless the specific product (Pre-Orders) description states otherwise. Customer's are emailed a tracking number when the order is shipped. Most domestic orders arrive within 1-5 business days after the order has shipped, excluding Sundays, federal holidays, and unanticipated shipping delays. Delivery delays are not common but can occur. For issues with tracking or delivery, the fastest way to resolve the issue is to reach out directly to the shipping company.
Lost Packages
Please note that parcels are sometimes marked “Delivered” before delivery is completed; in some cases, parcels are unable to reach the receiver because couriers need additional information to complete the delivery. Remember to check with your neighbors, family members, and/or apartment managers to ensure that your parcel was not received by someone else by mistake or placed in an unseen location.
The Kigu Stop is not responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it. You will have to take this up with United States Postal Service or UPS.
Refunds/Exchanges
We do not offer refunds on any of our items.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at thekigusquad@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make sure to include your order confirmation and picture of the item(s) in question. The item(s) must be unwashed and unworn.
We are not responsible for any damages made with shipping carrier if it occurs. Be sure to double check sizes and colors before completing your order. Once something has shipped out, it cannot be changed.

This Privacy Policy describes how thekigustop.com (the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.
Canceling orders:
Stock items- Orders can be cancelled or returned. However, there is a 25% restocking fee. If the item is being returned, we do not provide any return labels and can be returned with any shipping service as long as there is a tracking number. Refund will be provided once the item can be confirmed that it was returned and received.
Pre-orders and Onesies/Kigurumis- Once an order is placed, it is very difficult for the order to be cancelled since labor and materials are invested in the order. However, we do understand that things can change and there might be a need for a cancellation. For this reason, we will allow the order to be cancelled but a 35% restocking fee will be applied to the order due to being a pre-order or custom order (different than a stock order).
