Great condition

Arrived fast once it was out for shipping. Came a bit bigger than expected but very comfy. Love the detachable hoodie.

Colors Bled

The jacket is great quality and I love your brand. After one wash (using the recommended settings) the Red bled all over the white parts of the jacket. I emailed a week ago but received no reply. Is there anything that can be done to fix the colors?
