What to Expect: Shipping & Pre-Orders

Pre-Order Shipping

What "pre-order" means: These items aren't in stock. They're made just for you after you order, which takes several months from start to finish.

How Long Will It Take?

Your order goes through three stages:

  1. Production – your item gets made
  2. Processing – your item gets packed
  3. Shipping – the carrier delivers it to you

Turnaround times don't include weekends or holidays. Estimated arrival dates come from our manufacturer and aren't guaranteed — international shipping delays happen and are outside our control.

Good to know: Occasionally part of your order ships early if extra stock is available. This isn't guaranteed for every order.

By placing a pre-order, you're agreeing to this timeline.

How We Keep You Updated

  • We stay in touch with our production team and keep our design lineup manageable so schedules stay smoother.
  • We post updates via email, social media, and this site.
  • Not seeing emails from us? Check your spam folder — that's usually where they end up.

Need to change your address or size? Email us anytime:

Moving before your order arrives? Set up mail forwarding through USPS. Or, email us your new address ahead of time and we'll update it before your order ships.

🌍 International Orders: Customs & Import Fees

If you're ordering from outside the shop's home country, here's what to expect:
Who pays customs fees, taxes, or import charges? You do. These aren't included in your order total.
Does the shop cover or refund these fees? No, never.
Who do I check with about fees for my country? Your local customs office, before you order.
What if customs delays my package? This is outside our control, and we can't be held responsible.

If you refuse delivery or don't pay customs fees:

  • Custom/personalized items → no refund, no replacement.
  • Standard items → refund possible, but it won't include original shipping, and may be reduced further by carrier return fees.

By completing checkout, you're accepting these terms.
