📦 Current Status

📦 In Office / Shipping

These orders are at The Kigu Stop and are currently being quality checked, packed, and shipped.

Tracking will be emailed as each order is ready to ship.

✂️ In Production

These orders are currently being made. Different items may finish at different times because we work with multiple production teams.

🧵 Production Timeline

Preorders may take up to 6 months after the preorder month closes.

Some 2026 batches experienced a delayed production start. The dates in the table above show when those batches actually entered production.

📦 No Tracking Yet?

No tracking does not automatically mean your order is late or hasn't been made.

Your order may still be:

In Production → Traveling to Us → Quality Check → Being Packed → Shipping

You'll receive tracking when your package is ready for final shipment.

💌 Need Help?

For general order timing, please use the updates above. We don't have unpublished individual completion or shipping dates beyond these production updates.

If you have an order issue that requires personal review, please use our Contact The Kigu Stop page.

This keeps it focused on exactly what the page is supposed to do: customer finds their month → sees where it is → understands what that status means. No policy novel required. 📦💕
