Shipping policy

PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIMES:

- Shipping Time is estimate only, not guaranteed delivery date. Delays with shipping carriers are out of our control. For a need by date, consider the RUSH option

- Current Turnaround time can be found in all listings.

- These items are not ready to ship (unless otherwise written) and turnaround time does not include weekends or federal holidays.

- Sometimes things may ship sooner than the turnaround and may include part of your order. This may be due to the team making additional pieces that we are able to fulfill early or additional convention stock that use to complete the order. This does not mean that your order will ship early or entirely.
