Monthly Collection: We collect orders at the end of each month. The listing stays open for new orders.

No Cancellations: You cannot cancel your pre-order after the month ends. All orders collected will start production the following month.
- Refunds are permitted ONLY within your month you purchased.

Standard Pre-Order: Up to 6 months, sometimes longer during holidays and will change based on production schedules.

- Rush Production: 1 to 2 months for production and shipping. (This option cannot be cancelled.)

Depending on your selection of STANDARD WAIT or RUSH, the timeframe will change.
STANDARD is about 6 months+ depending on our teams production schedule
RUSH is about 1 to 2 month production turnaround time.
Note: We don't own the teams we work with and are not solely their only client, so keep that in mind with the wait
Items do not go into production right away when purchased, they are collected every end of month to send to our production team to produce.
RUSH is collected weekly and sent to production after 2 weeks.

We've run this shop for the past 5 years as a Pre-Order Only method. This helps the impact of what Fast Fashion is doing to the planet and creating only what is purchased means these will be going to a home rather than sitting in a room until purchased if at all purchased. Since our genre is pop culture, it always changes. So to keep from overflowing with designs that may not do well, we can at least fulfill the items that were purchased even if small. Our production team does not require us to have a big Quantity of sizes/styles which is why we can offer what we do at an affordable price and our inclusive size ranges.

No, the items are made for YOU. We only make what is purchased, we do not keep stock to keep our home clear and the landfills free of overstock of products.
You can ONLY cancel within the same month of your purchase. (Ex. Ordered in March 1st, want to cancel March 30th) You may NOT cancel outside of your month of purchase (ex. April/May etc).
We do not get a refund on the garment and the item will end in the trash due to no order for the item YOU ordered.
Choose your options wisely. Rush offers a 1 to 2 month production time.

Yes! Only if the order has not yet been shipped or put into production. So make sure you reach out soon as you're able to!
NOTE, you cannot change your address yourself, it will not change on my end, just like it won't change on my end for you when I update it. It's just how the system works.

Tracking will be sent via your email that you inputted so make sure your email address is correctly inputted. We don't want you to miss out on your special delivery!
Note: We will not send a text message about your order so please be mindful of scams from "postal offices" asking you to pick up an order cause that is not how any Postal service contacts you, only email.

We offer a Pre-Order Production Page where all the updates we get are updated there.
We cannot send out personal emails or provide personal updates on YOUR specific item as they are collected as a whole month and produced as such.
This means we can't tell you where your Spiderman Jacket, size XL purchased in April 25th is at in the production schedule.
As the team has no idea what the design name is and is instead making the whole Month of April's production pieces and won't know what/where THAT design is, as all we will get is "its in production"
However, we recommend the site and signing up for the newsletter for any updates on production stages!
