Important: Pre-order items differ from stock items. These are made-to-order, not ready to ship, and require several months in production before shipping.


Processing/Shipping Times

Please Note: Pre-order items are not immediately available. The turnaround time provided does not include weekends or federal holidays.

  • Pre-Orders vs. Stock Orders: Unlike stock items, pre-orders are specially made for you, which means they are not on hand and require time to produce. Production and shipment can take several months. We appreciate your patience as each item is made to order.

  • Production Time vs. Shipping Time: The production period (when your item is made) is separate from the processing time (when your item is packed for shipping) and shipping time (when the carrier is delivering your package).

  • Occasional Early Shipments: In rare cases, part of your order may ship early if extra stock becomes available, either due to additional pieces made or convention stock. However, this does not guarantee that your entire order will ship early.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to our shop policies and understand the extended timeline that comes with made-to-order items.


Shipping Time Estimates

The estimated arrival dates are provided by the manufacturer and may vary. The Kigu Stop does not control potential global shipping delays, but we work hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

  • We’re in Constant Communication: We regularly communicate with our production team to stay informed about the delivery speed and have reduced the number of designs to make production schedules smoother.

  • Occasional Delays: While we strive to meet our timelines, there can be rare instances where items are delayed. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to get your order to you ASAP.

Note: Shipping time estimates are approximate and not guaranteed delivery dates. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend selecting the Rush Option during checkout.

Your pre-order ensures that your items, along with your specific size, are reserved just for you from our manufacturer.

We keep all customers informed of shipping and production progress through our email newsletters, social media updates, and this website. If you have not received updates, please check your spam folder, as we send these to everyone who purchased items or signed up for notifications.

If you have concerns regarding address changes, size corrections, or other details, please reach out to us via email. Our team answers emails from Monday to Friday.

If you’ve moved or are moving while waiting for your order, we recommend setting up a forwarding address with USPS to ensure that your package reaches your new home. If you know in advance that you’re relocating, feel free to email us your new address, and we will do our best to update your shipping information before your order is processed.
