ITEM CARE:


We want your gear to last as long as possible, so please wash all clothing items inside out and on delicate wash.

- Light Detergent and if needed a color catcher for any bleeds.

- Tumble dry on low (still inside out) or hang to dry.

- Refunds/exchanges/replacements will not be given for customers failure to wash items correctly nor loose strings. 

The Kigu Stop does not offer a warranty program on garments

 Arrived Damaged: 

* While our items go through extensive quality control, there can be a few that slip through the cracks. 

- If the item has arrived damaged, we will hold our team accountable on providing a replacement. A shipping fee will only be applied to dispatch the replacement piece as we are a small business and cannot fund this expense. 

- However, you have 7 days to contact the support email (thekigusquad@gmail.com) in regards to the damage and will be asked for proof of damage.

- Note, we will have records of delivery shipped/received so please be honest. 

- Check your SPAM box as all responses tend to be placed there for any response.

It is to The Kigu Stop's discretion in which matters are handled and have every right to refuse service should any rude/uncompromising emails be presented.

No warranty/refund is provided to garments that are damaged within your care as they are made to order and we do not keep excess stock. Depending on the situation, a solution can be made, however, this is again at the discretion of the shop and is not guaranteed.
