I personally handle:

• Designs

• Emails

• Packing

• Shipping

• Social media

• Website updates

• Convention prep

There is not a large warehouse team behind this shop.

🏭 PRODUCTION INFO

I work with 4 different production teams.

Because of this:

• Some items finish faster

• Some collections ship earlier

• Orders move at different speeds

This is normal for handmade production.

If manufacturers miss items or make mistakes, they are sent back for correction/accountability.

🌍 SHIPPING INFO

I do NOT own the factories/manufacturers.

Factories also work with other brands, so schedules can shift sometimes.

International shipping conditions and conflicts have also caused some delays.

Production is still moving and we are working hard to stay on track 💖
