Overall I’m extremely happy with my purchase. The jacket is a higher quality; the straps, zippers, buttons, and buckles all operate as intended. It’s perfectly oversized, as someone who normally would purchase an XL/XXL normally the S fit perfect. The lining of the jacket isn’t soft per se but it isn’t aggressive on the skin if you happen to wear a short sleeve underneath it. The jacket itself is fairly warm and has good coverage from the wind. The hood is perfectly oversized and can even be detached.
My only complaint is regarding the actual embroidery. There are loose threads throughout, patches of no thread within the design and lettering, and there’s some thread that has no trace of gold on it. Thankfully most of this is on the back of the jacket, so I’m not constantly staring at it lol.
A note for preorders: It took longer than expected but every time I reached out Kigu was extremely responsive and reassuring.
I had 0 issues with my order, I knew it was going to be a hot minute til they ship but I honestly didn’t expect them so early. My last pre order item didn’t finish shipping until almost 2 years after the purchase. And on top of that when I needed to change my shipping address you guys were awesome and super helpful, I could not be more satisfied. Keep up the amazing work
My jacket finally arrived and I could not be more thrilled! Love the amount of detail that went into the design and the jacket is super comfortable!! Since it is oversized, it's very easy to layer up for the cold season. Thanks so much for making an awesome jacket!
I’m in love with it😍 it’s cozy and looks amazing! It of course took a bit but understandably so!😊 honestly wouldn’t mind waiting again for another with how good the quality is and how much I love the designs! (already planning on getting more😅)
