Our products are made to order and are not ready to ship.
Orders are collected throughout each month. Once the month ends, that month's orders are grouped together and sent into production the following month.
Example:
Order in August → Pre-order closes August 31 → Production begins in September → Production can take up to 6 months → Items ship to our office → Final shipping to you
Your production timeline does NOT begin on the day you place your order.

This is an estimated maximum timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production times can vary depending on the design, production volume, quality control, and other manufacturing factors.
Once your items arrive at our office, we process and ship them to you.
Please check our Production Timeline for current batch updates.
If your order contains products from different production batches, they may ship separately.
We ship each batch as it becomes ready rather than holding completed items until every product in your order is finished. If International, we will hold the order till all pieces are in at times.
"In Transit" may indicate that your completed items are traveling from our manufacturing partner to our office for final processing.
Your customer shipping tracking is provided after your order has been received and processed for final shipment.

Cancellations are accepted during the month your order is placed.
Once the monthly pre-order closes and your order enters production, cancellations are no longer available.
Please make sure you are comfortable with the production timeline before ordering.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
These fees are separate from the shipping cost paid at checkout.

After production is complete, your items are shipped to our office for final processing.
2. Our office → You
Once your order is processed, we ship it to the address provided at checkout.
Your order is not considered ready to ship while it is still in production or traveling to our office.
We work with various manufacturers, so we don't always know how busy our partners are.
