When you place an order, you are added to a pre-order batch. These batches are processed together at the same time, and production typically takes approximately 2–4 months. Please note that this is an estimate, and it may take longer depending on demand and production factors. Shipping and delivery to us are not included in this timeframe. Once production is complete, all orders within the batch are shipped out to our office.
Manufacturing your preorder product can take anywhere from 2-4 months. Once processed, transit time is around 3-4 days for domestic USA orders.
If you ordered two products in different batches, they will ship separately. We ship each product as it's ready instead of making you wait for all of them to be ready.
This means that we have received your product from our manufacturing team and have begun processing it for shipping. Your tracking number will be uploaded within a week or two of the Shop app showing 'in transit'.
