When you place an order, you get placed into a pre order batch. These batches are all processed at the same time. Processing can take anywhere from 2-4 months. All orders in each batch are shipped out at the same time.
Manufacturing your preorder product can take anywhere from 2-4 months. Once processed, transit time is around 3-4 days for domestic USA orders.
If you ordered two products in different batches, they will ship separately. We ship each product as it's ready instead of making you wait for all of them to be ready.
This means that we have received your product from our manufacturing team and have begun processing it for shipping. Your tracking number will be uploaded within a week or two of the Shop app showing 'in transit'.
